About The Music

My music is my “La Dolce Vita”. Making music has always been an organic experience for me as artist. Ive always felt the need to express myself. Being from a small’r town, I feel I have more bottled inside than a New Yorker, or Chicagoian that can roam the streets for adventure and identity.  Ive had to create my environment. I think Fiona Apple/ Jon Brion and BIGGIE gave me a great blueprint, so either it be production or lyricism, Ive tried to capture emotion in that same sense of unapologetic, naked truth.  If I could describe my sound, I’d say Djarum Blacks. If you can decipher that metaphor, I have a new found hope in this world.
